韩国消防部门30日说，首尔市龙山区梨泰院洞一带29日晚间发生踩踏事故，已造成至少146人死亡、150人受伤。

据目击者描述，29日晚约有10万人在梨泰院洞一带参加万圣节派对。踩踏事件发生在某酒店旁狭窄下行的胡同内，现场人山人海、摩肩接踵。前方有人跌倒后，后方人流跟进，导致严重踩踏。

据韩报道，29日22时20分许起，消防部门接连收到因呼吸困难等情况寻求救助的报告。消防部门随后启动应急三级响应，调遣140余辆急救车前往事发现场救援。
